RETURN POLICY:
At the BOATIQUE customer satisfaction is our priority. Returns will be accepted postmarked 7 days of receiving your shipment. All shipping charges non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items must be in new, un-worn condition, and the original receipt must accompany returned products. We do not accept returns/ exchanges after 14 days.
For hygienic reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hats
- Socks
- Long underwear
- Gloves
All on sale, clearance and discounted items are final sale.

Boatique reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.
